Just a Few Rules and Regulations to Keep Our Community Safe and Full of Happy Campers
Any guests/visitors over the age of 18, staying longer than 48hrs needs to be added to the site service agreement and must complete a background check.
QUIET Time is 9:00 pm to 8:00 am
Speed Limit is 10 mph. Strictly enforced.
Disorderly conduct, rude or abusive language, or behavior is strictly prohibited.
No tents or sleeping outside ofRV.
Pets are welcome. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside your RV. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings at any time. Pets are not to be left tied or chained up outside at any time. Pets are limited to two per site. Aggressive breeds are prohibited. You are responsible for picking up after your pet no matter if it is in your yard or in a designated pet area.
Please keep your site clean and litter free.
No smoking is allowed in any of the buildings.
Cigarette butts are litter! If you smoke, please keep your cigarette butts picked up.
No loud radios or stereos outside.
Power amplifiers may not be used in the park at any time.
No generators, window units, or tarps on roofs. Vehicles and RVs need to be in good physical condition.
Maximum of 2 ACs running at the same time.
No working on vehicles allowed.
Laundry facility is free for guest use, please wash on designated days and limit use to 2 washers or 2 dryers at a time. Even numbered sites wash on even days (example: Site #2 may wash on the 2nd, 4th, 6th etc.) Odd sites wash/dry on odd days of the month.
No clotheslines.
Please do not place any items on the grass. No spikes are to be drilled and no parking on the grass.
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
A 90-degree airtight sewer adapter must be used by all residents. Sewer drain hose must be supported off the surface of the ground and all connections must be leak free.
Trash may be securely bagged and placed outside near your driveway between the hours of 6-8am for pick up; outside of this time, garbage is to be bagged, secured, and placed in the dumpster. Please break down cardboard boxes. No trash bags or trash cans are to be set outside of your RV.
Park your vehicle inside your designated area, and please do not use your neighbor’s parking area or any available sites.
Please keep driving lanes clear of obstruction at ALL times to accommodate RVs leaving and entering the park.
No boats or open trailers are allowed at the site.
No ground digging of any kind.
Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
RV needs to be in good condition, “clean” and free of mold at all times.
Open fires are not permitted at any time. Outdoor Fire pits that are elevated and completely screened in, as well as charcoal or gas grills are acceptable.
Please be aware that RV breakers/park breakers commonly overheat or trip and this could cause serious injury or death in unattended people and pets due to extreme temperatures. We strongly advise that you have something in place to alert you if this happens.
